Terms of Service — Pinslate

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Pinslate (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Pinslate is an AI-powered Pinterest campaign tool that analyzes websites, generates pin designs with titles, descriptions, and keywords, and exports them in Pinterest-ready CSV format. The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

3. Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to use Pinslate. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial months. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

5. Usage Limits & Credits

Each plan includes a set number of pin credits per billing cycle (Free: 5 lifetime, Starter: 100/month, Pro: 500/month, Agency: 2,000/month). Each AI-generated pin consumes one credit. Inline text edits are free; AI refinements consume one additional credit. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use Pinslate to: generate illegal, harmful, or infringing content; distribute spam or misleading material; reverse engineer, scrape, or automate access to the Service outside of provided APIs; or resell access to the Service without authorization.

7. Intellectual Property

Pinslate and its underlying technology are owned by Packgoat. You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. By using Pinslate, you grant us a limited license to process, display, and store your content as necessary to operate the Service.

8. AI Content Disclaimer

Content generated by Pinslate's AI may contain inaccuracies, inappropriate suggestions, or errors. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all generated content before publishing it to Pinterest or any other platform. We make no guarantees regarding Pinterest performance, traffic, or engagement.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. You may cancel your account through the billing portal. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Packgoat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
